Senior Software Integration Engineer

Overview

Senior Software Integration Engineer within Mastercard Cyber and Intelligence, supporting the Ethoca Business Applications team's Salesforce platform used by Sales, Account Management and Customer Support.

What you'll do

• Design and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
• Create POCs for stakeholders to help them understand the proposed solution, and drive solution meetings with customers.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.
• Integrate systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work with Data Cloud and Agentforce configurations.
• Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 to 8 years of software development and Salesforce integrations work experience.
• Salesforce Developer Certification: Platform Developer 1 or Platform Developer 2.
• Experience developing customer-facing applications.
• Proficient with Salesforce basics, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, RDBMS and JavaScript Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, SFDX.
• Hands-on experience with web services and integrations (REST and SOAP).
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce configuration.
• Experience with Agentforce automation and prompt builder.
