Senior Software Technical Leader

Overview

Senior Software Technical Leader responsible for software integration and architecture across automotive BSW, Bootloader, communication, diagnostics, AUTOSAR, and cybersecurity software. The role combines hands-on delivery, technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration on embedded software products.

What you'll do

• Integrate ASW, BSW, and MCAL software components according to integration plans.
• Create software builds and deliver software and release documentation.
• Plan and execute SWE5 software integration tests.
• Debug integration issues and support bench debugging.
• Configure AUTOSAR systems and optimize multicore software architecture.
• Implement CI/CD and automated testing capabilities.
• Mentor engineers and guide software architecture and cybersecurity solutions.

What you'll need

• 9–12 years of overall experience, including 5+ years in automotive BSW development.
• 3+ years of experience as an AUTOSAR software architect and integrator.
• B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in Electronics, Communication, Electrical, Power Electronics, or Instrumentation.
• Strong AUTOSAR, BSW, MCAL, Bootloader, communication, diagnostics, and embedded C/C++ expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Vector DaVinci, EB tresos, and ETAS ISOLAR.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, scripting, software builds, and configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of automotive cybersecurity, ISO/SAE 21434, UN R155, UN R156, and ASPICE.
