Senior Software Technologist

Overview

Senior Software Technologist to own and deliver end-to-end software for component(s), collaborating on quality goals and development practices.

What you'll do

• Collaborate to establish software quality goals and development practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop software to log and store performance data, usage, and errors for continuous monitoring.
• Integrate software components and third-party libraries into existing systems for interoperability.
• Analyze and optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with DevOps for CI/CD changes, improvements, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure coding standards.

What you'll need

• Advanced proficiency in C++ programming.
• Experience integrating software components and third-party libraries into existing systems.
• Advanced realtime OS proficiency in Linux systems and scripting languages like Python or Ruby.
• Expertise in CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Minimum 8-13 years of experience across software development/design/testing/quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
