Senior Solutions Engineer - Public Sector (Delhi Based)

Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer (Public Sector), you drive Neo4j’s growth in India with a focus on public sector customers and mission-critical initiatives.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for Public Sector opportunities across India.
• Conduct deep technical and business discovery with government stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support the sales process through value-based selling and RFP/RFI/tender responses.
• Develop solution architectures aligned to security, scalability, compliance, and data sovereignty requirements.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners and hyperscalers to execute joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with Enterprise Account Executives and ecosystem teams to articulate business value and accelerate graph adoption.

What you'll need

• Experience supporting Public Sector, Government, Defence, Homeland Security, Smart Cities, or regulated industry customers.
• Strong understanding of government procurement processes and tendering frameworks.
• Experience working with major System Integrators supporting Public Sector accounts.
• Ability to engage credibly with both technical practitioners and senior government decision-makers.

• Location preferred: Delhi NCR, India.
• Regular travel within India may be required.
