Senior Specialist, Software Engineering- Full-Stack, GenAI and Agentic AI

Overview

Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, deploy, and support secure, scalable applications across UI, APIs, data, cloud, and AI layers, including GenAI and agentic AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain complex full-stack applications and software configurations with cross-functional teams.
• Build responsive, accessible user interfaces using React, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Design and implement secure APIs, microservices, and backend services using Python, Node.js, Java, .NET, or equivalent.
• Develop GenAI-enabled applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, semantic search, RAG, AI agents, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement RAG pipelines covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, grounding, and evaluation.
• Design agentic workflows including reasoning, planning, tool calling, orchestration, memory, and human-in-the-loop interactions.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7-11 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and at least one additional stack such as TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience building or integrating AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and agentic workflows/orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with required DevSecOps and LLMOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring/observability, and AI monitoring/evaluation.

Details

• Based at Hyderabad Tech Center with a hybrid model (at least 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• Candidates are expected to reside within commuting distance of the Hyderabad office.
