Overview

Customer Engineering – Engineer II (AI/AWS) is a hands-on technical customer engineer role focused on delivering and supporting reliable customer solutions under guidance.

What you'll do

• Assist customer engagements for configuration, basic integration, environment setup, and solution deployment.
• Translate specified requirements into technical tasks across onboarding, data integration, and first-level troubleshooting.
• Execute technical tasks within well-defined scope while following security, resilience, and performance patterns.
• Contribute to reusable configuration templates, small-scale playbooks, and practical technical notes/snippets.
• Own first-response incident management for assigned accounts, including documenting issues and initiating triage.
• Contribute to AI-enabled customer solutions involving GenAI, LLM capabilities, intelligent automation, and AI/ML workflows.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience.
• Hands-on experience building production applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering and structured outputs.
• Experience building agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent, including MCP/tool integrations.
• Strong Python/software engineering skills with experience deploying, monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing AI workloads for reliability, latency, cost, and security.
• Basic working knowledge of enterprise software platforms, APIs, and integrations.
• Ability to document solutions, runbooks, and support procedures for maintainability.
