Overview
Senior Staff Developer – AI to design and optimize next-generation AI agent frameworks that power security operations automation.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and optimize agentic AI frameworks for security operations automation.
- Build agentic systems for reasoning, planning, orchestration, tool usage, and autonomous task execution.
- Develop reusable agent architectures and framework components using agent framework tooling (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph/LangSmith).
- Create multi-agent workflows for collaboration, delegation, tool invocation, and decision-making.
- Implement agent orchestration patterns including state management, memory, tool calling, routing, and human-in-the-loop.
- Evaluate and improve agent performance, reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost using systematic experimentation.
- Integrate large language models, retrieval systems, tools, APIs, and enterprise services into agentic workflows.
What you'll need
- 14+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, ML engineering, or related technical roles.
- Deep hands-on experience designing and developing AI agents or intelligent automation systems.
- Strong experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or Semantic Kernel.
- Programming experience in Python, Go, or similar languages for production-quality software development.
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, and autonomous task execution.
- Experience developing evaluation strategies for accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, and task completion.
- Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, event-driven workflows, and software design patterns.
Nice to have
- Experience building multi-agent systems or Mixture of Experts architectures.
- Experience with agent evaluation, tracing, observability, and experimentation frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps processes such as deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Experience developing guardrails, validation mechanisms, and human-in-the-loop controls for autonomous AI.
