Senior Staff Engineer

Overview

Senior Staff Engineer role focused on core platform development and delivery of complex features for the MDM platform.

What you'll do

• Present solutions to architects as part of feature delivery.
• Drive feature delivery, including making decisions and distributing tasks.
• Work with QA to review testing approaches, test plans, and provide testing details.
• Produce and maintain internal feature documentation.
• Deliver complex feature development with on-time, high-quality outcomes.
• Perform regular code reviews and mentor developers on the feature.
• Ensure unit and integration test coverage.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise application design and development.
• 10+ years building scalable distributed data systems using Java and Python.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, software design, and large distributed systems.
• Experience with Java performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Technical mentorship and leadership for junior team members.
• Hands-on expertise with comfort reviewing and writing code.
• Ability to deliver solutions and provide implementation support for enterprise software customers.
