Overview

Senior Staff Engineer leading Wi‑Fi & Bluetooth coexistence validation and defining validation best practices.

What you'll do

• Lead the Wi‑Fi & Bluetooth Coexistence Validation team.
• Define and implement validation strategies, methodologies, and test best practices.
• Ensure Wi‑Fi combo product performance, reliability, and interoperability across environments.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, product management, and test teams to drive product quality.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve complex coexistence and wireless performance issues.
• Drive test automation, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to validation engineers.

What you'll need

• 9–12 years of experience in Wi‑Fi/Bluetooth Coexistence Validation with team leadership.
• Strong understanding of WLAN protocols and Bluetooth (BR/EDR, BLE, LE Audio).
• Strong understanding of Zigbee/Thread (IEEE 802.15.4).
• Hands-on testing experience across wireless combo chipsets (coexistence, functionality, performance, interoperability).
• Knowledge of coexistence mechanisms, multi-radio concurrency scenarios, and RF concepts (antenna and channel interference).
• Proficiency with wireless validation tools including Iperf, Wireshark, and Ellisys Sniffers.
• Python scripting or test automation experience is an added advantage.
