Senior Staff Engineer – Core Platform Products

Overview

Senior Staff Engineer role focused on end-to-end software execution for Core Platform products supporting next-generation Snapdragon SoCs.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end execution of Core Platform deliverables across multiple SoC programs.
• Lead platform bring-up from pre-silicon validation through production and customer launch.
• Ensure timely closure of critical software, firmware, and system integration issues.
• Coordinate execution across HW, Systems, BSP, Security, Camera, Audio, Connectivity, AI, and OEM teams.
• Triage and drive root-cause analysis for complex boot, power, performance, memory, and stability issues.
• Drive software quality, stability, KPI improvements, and release readiness.

What you'll need

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of embedded software development, integration, or product engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level debugging.
• Experience with SoC bring-up, commercialization, and product launches.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Android, firmware, device drivers, boot flows, power management, and system software.
• Ability to lead execution across multiple teams and deliver complex programs.
