System Software Engineer –Networking Infra

Overview

System Software Engineer (Networking Infra) for WLAN Controller Infra, designing and developing networking-related infrastructure software.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop software across multiple platforms and products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and determine coding, programming, and integration activities.
• Write and execute parts of testing plans, protocols, and software documentation.
• Debug issues in code and suggest changes or improvements.
• Provide design input and feedback for design and development reviews.
• Guide and mentor less-experienced staff members.
• Communicate technology roadmaps to leadership, partners, and customers.

What you’ll need

• Typically 4 to 15+ years of experience.
• Linux system programming skills (multi-threading, sockets, shared memory, system calls, synchronization).
• Strong networking fundamentals and protocols.
• Expertise in Python, Go, Java, Scala, or C/C++.
• Knowledge in WLAN and dataplane/NPU.
• Knowledge in virtualization, drivers, hypervisors, NFV, SDN, and VM/Docker.
• Must have worked in an agile environment with CI/CD exposure.
