Senior Staff Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Staff Software Engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining key capabilities across enterprise software platforms, delivering secure, scalable, and reliable solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain software features for enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Build reliable, scalable services, APIs, platform components, integrations, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with product management, QA, UX/UI, operations, and engineering teams to deliver roadmap commitments.
• Improve performance, reliability, security, maintainability, automation, and observability.
• Follow and help improve agile development, CI/CD, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers via technical guidance and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 9 years of experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Ability to lead and influence the technical direction of RMM agent development.
• Experience in design reviews and mentoring other engineers.
• Deep understanding of interconnected systems from an architecture perspective.
• Solid knowledge of Win32 APIs.
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols including HTTP, TLS, and WebSockets.
• Strong understanding of concurrency and thread-related topics.
