Senior Staff Software Engineer

Overview

Senior Staff Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining iOS and Android features for a multi-tenant SaaS solution on AWS.

What you'll do

• Provide technical leadership for iOS and Android development and maintenance.
• Optimize mobile application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Analyze requirements with Product Management and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Collaborate with developers and support teams to meet product goals.
• Oversee development from prototyping and implementation through testing and maintenance.
• Define best practices for robust, secure, performant, and scalable code.
• Diagnose product issues and handle customer escalations with Support.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of software development experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of iOS development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience with Swift, Objective-C, Java, or C#.
• Knowledge of iOS frameworks, Android OS, multithreading, MVC, MVVM, and unit testing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Kotlin.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with Appium, XCTest, or Espresso.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, security concepts, and identity management.
• Experience in full-stack web development.
• Prior Agile/Scrum experience.
• Experience with mobile device management.
