Senior Staff Software Engineer - Java Sustenance

Overview

Software Engineer for SailPoint’s Identity product Feature teams in Pune. Responsible for improving identity quality, developing fixes for customer-reported issues, and debugging complex problems.

What you'll do

• Increase the quality of identity and related product outcomes.
• Develop solutions for customer-reported issues.
• Write quality code and debug complex problems.
• Work closely with engineering teams and support stakeholders.
• Occasionally assist in L3 support escalations with direct customer communication.

What you'll need

• 12+ years professional experience developing enterprise software.
• Fluency in Java.
• Experience developing/designing Java and JavaScript UI components.
• Experience with JSF, ExtJS, AngularJS, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, AJAX, and other J2EE technologies.
• Experience developing/integrating REST-based web services using XML and/or JSON.
• Experience with SQL and one or more database platforms.
• Experience with unit testing using TestNG and/or JUnit.

• Role is based in Pune, India.
• Requires office work 2–3 days per week.
