Senior Statistical Programmer

Overview

Senior Statistical Programmer responsible for programming activities across Phase I–IV clinical trials, including study-level deliverables, quality control, regulatory compliance, and team coordination.

What you'll do

• Lead or contribute to statistical programming for clinical trials.
• Develop and validate datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
• Review or develop programming specifications and eCRF data structures.
• Coordinate programmers and represent programming in clinical trial teams.
• Perform quality control checks and ensure accurate, reliable deliverables.
• Support audit readiness, regulatory submissions, and study milestones.
• Mentor junior programmers and contribute to process improvements.

What you'll need

• 6–10 years of experience.
• Proficiency with SAS and other statistical programming tools.
• Strong knowledge of CDISC and regulatory frameworks.
• Understanding of GCP, ICH, and related regulatory requirements.
• Ability to deliver quality outputs and coordinate teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in R programming.
