Senior Supply Planner

Overview

Supply Planning Executive role optimizing inventory, service and cost while managing volatility, working as the category's supply chain representative across Customer Marketing, Planning and Sales.

What you'll do

• Develop production plans based on 19 week rolling forward demand while maintaining optimal service and inventory levels at each depot.
• Partner with the category team on ongoing category plans for activation, prebuilds and distribution drives.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for order-related losses and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to minimize recurrence and improve service performance.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Procurement and Logistics to meet service-level targets with optimized cost.
• Leverage digital and AI-based planning tools and develop future models to improve efficiency.
• Partner with Planning Excellence, Demand Planning and Distribution Planning to implement new technologies in planning and customer service.
• Lead supply chain strategy to build an agile, efficient, collaborative and aligned end-to-end network, coordinating across all branches.
• Serve as the supply chain point of contact for the category and other supply chain teams.

What you'll need

• Graduate in Engineering, Finance, or MBA in Supply Chain Management.

Nice to have

• Experience in Supply Planning and Customer Operations.
