Senior System Operations Engineer focused on production support and service reliability in a 24x7 enterprise environment.

What you'll do

• Lead complex production support and operational initiatives across multiple business-critical applications.
• Serve as a technical escalation point during major incidents and service disruptions.
• Monitor application performance, availability, batch processing, interfaces, and data flows.
• Drive incident resolution, root cause analysis, problem management, and service restoration.
• Support deployments, change implementations, maintenance, and post-production validation.
• Implement automation for operational efficiency and observability for proactive issue detection.
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge repositories.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in systems operations, application support, production support, site reliability engineering, or equivalent.
• Strong L2/L3 application production support experience.
• Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting expertise.
• Oracle SQL and PL/SQL knowledge for application diagnostics.
