ServiceNow Platform Engineer

Overview

ServiceNow Platform Engineer to support and maintain an organization’s ServiceNow instance, advising stakeholders and assisting development and users.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting the ServiceNow instance to minimize disruptions.
• Manage cases by escalating unresolved or complex incidents to L3 support for code/config changes.
• Perform routine system maintenance to prevent issues.
• Document technical issues, solutions, and system updates.
• Support development with configuration and minor development changes.
• Assist users with understanding and using the technology, including training on new systems/software.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience working with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM.
• Strong understanding of customer service workflows and ServiceNow capabilities.
• Awareness of ServiceNow ITOM and its integration points.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) credential.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
