Senior System Software Engineer, CUDA - Tegra

Overview

Senior System Software Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining CUDA driver features for NVIDIA Tegra platforms and contributing to next-generation GPU development.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain CUDA features for NVIDIA Tegra platforms.
• Contribute across the software development life cycle.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and hardware engineering teams.
• Write maintainable, well-tested production code.
• Participate in proprietary and open computing standards development.
• Contribute to next-generation GPU development.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of demonstrated experience leading teams in a lead role.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience with robotics and AI models for edge inference.
• Strong knowledge of C/C++, computer architecture, and operating system fundamentals.
• Experience with Linux, QNX, or a similar modern operating system.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with CUDA and system programming.
• Expertise in parallel programming.
• Experience developing and instrumenting AI model performance.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
