Senior Systems Engineer (Identity and Access)

Overview

Senior Systems Engineer (Identity and Access) responsible for designing, implementing, and administering Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end identity and access management lifecycles.
• Administer Okta, directory services, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and advanced password management.
• Manage collaboration tools including Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Slack, and Jira/Confluence.
• Oversee endpoint management for global Mac and Windows devices via Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
• Build automated workflows for provisioning, deprovisioning, and application access.
• Establish role-based access control (RBAC), entitlement reviews, and access certification processes.
• Lead technical onboarding of new SaaS apps for single sign-on (SSO).

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in IAM systems engineering with broad IT infrastructure management.
• Deep, hands-on expertise in Okta configuration, policy creation, and application integration.
• Strong knowledge of IAM standards including SAML, SCIM, OAuth, OIDC, IGA, RBAC, and LDAP.
• Experience scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and Okta Workflows automation.
• Experience managing Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, Jamf (macOS), and Intune (Windows).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
