Senior Systems Operations Engineer

Overview

Senior Systems Operations Engineer to lead or participate in managing installed systems and infrastructure within Systems Operations, supporting high availability of BPM/PAM environments.

What you'll do

• Lead or participate in managing installed systems and infrastructure.
• Review and analyze operational support systems, application software, and system management tools.
• Work with vendors and technical personnel for problem resolution.
• Lead a team to meet technical deliverables with process controls or standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and technical personnel to resolve technical issues.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience (or equivalent).
• 4+ years hands-on IBM BPM/BAW and Red Hat PAM administration experience.
• Proven L2/L3 support expertise for BPM and PAM environments.
• Extensive experience with BPM/PAM platform installation, environment buildouts, upgrades, migrations, patching, and cluster administration.
• Strong knowledge of JBoss middleware administration and performance optimization.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, India.
• Work includes rotational shifts (6:30 AM–3:30 PM or 10:30 AM–7:30 PM) and weekend support on a rotational basis.
