Technical Support Engineer (GPU Cluster), India

Overview

Technical Support Engineer for Together AI’s GPU Cluster service in India. You’ll help customers resolve complex issues and act as a product expert before escalations to Engineering and Product.

What you'll do

• Engage directly with customers to tackle and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Support Kubernetes GPU clusters and ensure swift, effective solutions.
• Serve as a product expert for the GPU Cluster service before engineering escalation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Research, and Product teams to address customer concerns.
• Identify patterns in support cases and work with Engineering and Go-To-Market to drive roadmap input.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, troubleshooting, and FAQs.
• Provide support coverage during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, with at least 1 year in a support function in AI or supporting a mission-critical API in SaaS.
• Strong technical background in AI/ML, GPU technologies, and their integration into HPC environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, SLURM, infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible), and container infrastructure.
• Knowledge related to high-performance network fabrics and NFS-based storage management.
• Foundational understanding of installation, configuration, administration, and securing of compute clusters.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems with proactive issue resolution.

Details

• Schedule operates on a non-standard workweek: Saturday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Sunday, with two weekly off days.
• Role location: Pune or Bangalore, India.
