- Define patterns for uncertainty and confidence communication, error and fallback states, latency handling, and human-in-the-loop moments.
- Create conversational interfaces and self-service analytics experiences that make complex data science outputs, including MMM, forecasting, and incrementality, accessible to non-technical users.
- Create and maintain reusable AI interaction components that accelerate future product deployments.
- Partner with AI engineers to understand system capabilities and constraints, ensuring designs are feasible, resilient, and accurately represent model behavior.
- Lead discovery and user research with client stakeholders to validate concepts, identify friction, and inform the product roadmap.
- Produce high-fidelity prototypes to test agent experiences before engineering investment.
- Champion WCAG 2.2 AA standards, including screen-reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and accessible handling of streaming and dynamic AI content.
- Establish UX standards, documentation, and design rationale records for the AI product portfolio.
- Work effectively with distributed teams, including offshore engineering, across regions and time zones.
