Senior UniData Developer — Payroll & Benefits Administration Engineering

Overview

Senior UniData Developer for Payroll & Benefits Administration Engineering, working in agile squads to design and build new features on a mission-critical UniData platform.

What you'll do

• Design and build payroll features to calculate and close employee payroll every cycle.
• Manage PTO accrual and usage and implement complex payroll rules.
• Develop benefits administration capabilities including new-hire onboarding and benefits elections.
• Support setup workflows for bonus and compensation and 401(k) enrollment.
• Configure health insurance options for HR teams using the platform.
• Work from requirements through release with ownership of the shipped features.

What you'll need

• Senior-level UniData development experience is required.
• Hands-on UniData experience (or closely related MultiValue/Pick database platforms) is required.
• Demonstrated ability to design and build features/systems from the ground up is expected.
• Curiosity about AI-assisted development and willingness to learn is expected.
• Comfort adapting how you work and evolving practices is required.
• Agile team experience with sprints is required.

• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• Available for a split shift with part of the day on-site and part remote, aligned to 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
