Overview

Software Engineer 1 responsible for analysis, design, testing, development, and maintenance of software for digital transformation efforts, with full-stack ownership and a focus on reliability, compliance, and customer experience.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain software products.
• Write production-ready and testable code with full stack ownership.
• Create designs aligned to architectural best practices for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Analyze failures, propose design changes, and drive operational improvements.
• Make design and coding decisions that keep customer experience in focus.
• Conduct code reviews and apply feedback to meet engineering standards.
• Ensure product development follows compliance and security best practices.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of seven years of experience.
