Overview
Manager, Software Engineering (hybrid) to lead a full-stack engineering team delivering features for core services.
What you'll do
- Partner with product and engineering teams to improve business metrics and ship new features.
- Design and implement new product areas, breaking down complex problems into maintainable code.
- Guide the team through ambiguity using rapid experimentation and strong technical excellence.
- Drive execution by helping launch MVPs quickly and iterating based on feedback.
- Recruit, mentor, and coach engineers, supporting career advancement.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to deliver high-quality products.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 2+ years of experience leading a smaller team as a manager.
- A Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in computer science/computer engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including PMs, Analysts, and mobile/backend engineers.
- Ability to dive into architecture and write clean, scalable, high-quality code.
- Preferred tech skills include C#, .NET/.NET Core, Kotlin, Python, SQL, and AWS.

- Hybrid role based in Bengaluru office with 2 days per week in the office.
