Software Engineering Manager - GenAI

What you'll do

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers on GenAI projects.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate with senior and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and implement event-driven architectures for real-time processing and analysis.
• Oversee containerization usage (e.g., Kubernetes) for deployment and scalability.
• Supervise data lakes handling structured and unstructured data.
• Drive collaboration between engineers, data scientists/engineers, and DevOps teams for GenAI model integration and deployment.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and define engineering processes and best practices.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Python application development experience.
• Minimum 7 years of experience and English oral/written proficiency.
• Scalable system design knowledge for Python applications for GenAI use cases.
• Familiarity with Python web frameworks such as Flask and FastAPI.
• Ability to design modular, reusable, and secure applications.
• Familiarity with cloud-native patterns/tools like REST APIs, microservices, and serverless functions.
• Experience deploying/managing containerized apps on Azure/AWS and strong Git proficiency.
