Service Coordinator

Overview

The Service Coordinator ensures accurate and timely order management while supporting customers and internal business teams, working closely with marine and navy customers.

What you'll do

• Provide accurate and prompt order management and processing.
• Respond to customer and internal business team inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain and update customer, service, and order-related data in SAP.
• Coordinate service activities and support field service operations.
• Assist in preparing and implementing account plans to achieve customer, operational, and financial objectives.
• Support special price concession requests and approval processes.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely execution and closure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Operations, and Finance.
• Generate reports and maintain service documentation.

Nice to have

• 2-5 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, Order Management, or Inside Sales.
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Exposure to Marine, Navy, Industrial Services, Fire & Safety, or Engineering Services industries.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
