Service Coordinator

Overview

Service Coordinator role at Kyndryl delivering IT services to customers, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, coordinating service requests, and maintaining communication throughout the service process.

What you'll do

• Proactively monitor critical applications (Finacle Core Banking, Payments, Trade, LOS), perform SOD/EOD checks, and track alerts, interfaces, and batch failures.
• Act as L1 first point of contact to log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests within ITIL and SLA targets.
• Diagnose and resolve login, interface, and data mismatch issues using SQL queries, scripts, and SOP workarounds.
• Communicate status via email, phone, or tickets, assist business/ops users with usage queries, and escalate complex issues to L2/L3 with full logs and analysis.
• Perform batch restarts, file transfers, data validation, report updates, and support deployments during maintenance windows and production releases.
• Maintain incident records, SOPs, and knowledge articles, and create and manage ITSM change tickets (minor, major, critical).

What you'll need

• Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of Banking Domain experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting Finacle, CBS, and banking applications.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting senior executives, CXOs, board members, or VIP users.
• Knowledge of Finacle Core Banking Solution, CBS Operations, Branch Banking Processes, Digital Banking Channels, and Regulatory and Information Security Compliance.
• Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management in a Banking Environment.
• ITIL certified.
• High level communicator with good written and verbal skills.
