Service Delivery Leader - S&P - Procurement Ops 3

Overview

Lead and guide the procurement operations team to meet performance metrics defined in the Statement of Work, with category leadership over Sourcing Buyers and Analysts.

What you'll do

• Lead and guide the procurement team to achieve key performance metrics as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Oversee ad-hoc sourcing and procurement activities to ensure the organization acquires the best value on all spend categories.
• Prepare and analyze team performance reports, explain variances, and collaborate with partners to produce actionable performance insights.
• Identify and execute Value Engineering initiatives to eliminate non-value-added activities, optimize costs, and enhance supplier relationships.
• Lead process improvement and capacity optimization initiatives, collaborating across teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering employee engagement, skill growth, and adherence to best practices in procurement operations.
• Provide category leadership and strategic direction to Sourcing Buyers and Analysts, ensuring alignment with business goals and procurement standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management, or Masters in Operations Management.
• Certified Professional in Supplier Diversity (CPSD), Institute for Supply Management (ISM).
• Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), Institute for Supply Management (ISM).
• Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), Institute for Supply Management (ISM).
• Required skills: Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Commercial Excellence, Critical Thinking, Data Analytics, Domain Consulting, Industrial Manufacturing Processes, Microsoft Office, Order Management, People Leadership, Program Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Stakeholder Management, Statistical Models.
• English language proficiency, Proficient - C2 (Required).
