Service Delivery Manager - F&A - AP 4D

Overview

Lead the Accounts Payable operations team, managing multiple ERP systems and manual-intensive processes within the F&A Account Payables function.

What you'll do

• Accountable for Accounts Payable process activities including document management, invoice processing, helpdesk, correspondence, trade and non-trade (EDI & non-EDI) processing, vendor maintenance, database corrections of vendor information, and intercompany non-trade payments and outstanding handling.
• Complete all activities within agreed time, to the highest quality, and ensure metrics are met against agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Be accountable for client VOC and successful external and internal audits.
• Participate in and lead governance calls with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own projects and drive outcomes with multiple stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Accounts Payable Certification (F-Tec).
• Required skills: Accounting, Accounts Payable Process, Audit Responses, Banking Capital Markets, Change Management, Client Relations, Critical Thinking, Document Management, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Energy Work, Exception Processing, Expenses, External Reporting, Help Desk Support, Invoice Payments, Monthly Close Process, People Leadership, Risk Management, RPA Commercials and AOI, Stakeholder Management, Statistical Models, Supplier Accounts, Supplier Management, Vendor Master Data.
• English language proficiency at C2 (Proficient) level.
