Service Delivery Manager - F&A - MDM 4D

Overview

Lead end-to-end Master Data Management operations for Finance and Accounting service delivery, covering domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer and Finance Master Data.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Master Data Management (MDM) operations across domains such as Material, Vendor, Customer, and Finance Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and governance.
• Drive implementation of data governance frameworks, quality controls, and process standards to ensure high-quality and error-free master data.
• Partner with Business and IT teams to design and implement digital and ERP solutions (SAP MDG, SAP S/4HANA, data lakes, analytics) that enable efficiency and scalability.
• Link master data challenges to business process impacts across P2P, OTC, and Finance, providing actionable insights and solutions.
• Manage project and service delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, and operational transitions to achieve business objectives and client satisfaction.
• Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities using AI, ML, and Lean Six Sigma to enhance operational performance.
• Build and mentor teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration while developing thought leadership and client-facing best practices in MDM.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Required skills: Master Data Management (MDM), Data Management, Finance, SAP Master Data Governance, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Project Management, People Leadership, Critical Thinking, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI), Informatica PowerCenter, Pricing Management, Product Quality Control.
• Industry experience listed: Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Medical Devices, Mobility, Pharmacy, Retail Industry.
• Other listed skills: JDE Finance, Pega BPM, PeopleSoft CRM, Salesforce (Software), SAP ERP Central Component (SAP ECC).
• Language: English, proficient (C2) (required).
