Service Delivery Manager - F&A - R2R 4D

Overview

Service Delivery Manager for Finance and Accounting (F&A) Record-to-Report (R2R) work, focused on lease administration and common area maintenance (CAM) expense analysis for a client.

What you'll do

• Analyze common area maintenance expenses, including utilities, landscaping, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor and track CAM charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease agreements.
• Provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving measures and efficiency improvements.
• Administer leases, including lease abstraction, lease setup, modification and termination, lease and rent payments, and percent rent.
• Analyze lease expenses, including rent, common area maintenance charges, utilities, landscaping, parking, repairs, etc.
• Generate regular reports on CAM expenditures, forecasts, and variances.
• Present findings to management and stakeholders to support decision-making.
• Review lease agreements to ensure proper allocation of charges.
• Work with the client legal team to address any disputes or discrepancies related to lease expenses.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for property managers and landlords regarding lease inquiries.
• Communicate clearly and effectively to resolve issues and enhance landlord satisfaction.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to lease expenses and processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Experience in US Real Estate, Lease Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in property management, financial analysis, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with property management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language proficiency at proficient level (C2).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with lease payments, common area maintenance charges, accounting and reporting.
• Understanding of commercial real estate and leasing terminology.
