Service Engineer, Pune

Overview

Service Engineer responsible for all service activities in the assigned territory, setting operating standards for Authorized Service Centers and ensuring warranty and inventory compliance.

What you'll do

• Set operating standards for Authorized Service Centers and measure their performance against those standards.
• Implement corrective and improvement actions so all Service Centers achieve their operating targets.
• Implement, manage and track SBD's tool warranty policy to ensure proper standards of service and policy implementation.
• Manage, train and develop Authorized Service Center technicians in inventory control, replenishment and repair methods.
• Ensure Authorized Service Centers are equipped with relevant documentation and the proper equipment to achieve DEWALT's repair standards.
• Ensure inventory visibility at the Authorized Service Centers.
• Work with customers and retailers and initiate promotion campaigns to ensure brand visibility.
