Service & Operations Process Trainee

Overview

Process service requests for advisors and clients, resolve account-related issues, and provide timely customer service.

What you'll do

• Process assigned service request cases accurately within deadlines.
• Review service requests and supporting documents using computer applications.
• Verify required information and documentation before processing requests.
• Follow up with advisors and stakeholders for additional information.
• Approve requests that are in good order and reject incomplete requests with rationale.
• Coordinate with U.S. business partners on missing or incomplete information.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process-improvement discussions.

What you'll need

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong academic background or orientation.
• 1–2 years of brokerage experience.

Nice to have

• Product-specific experience.
• Financial services industry experience.

Details

• Full-time role.
• Hybrid schedule with at least three days per week in the office and flexibility to work from home two days per week.
• Working hours: 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. India time.
• Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
