Technical Support Engineer

Overview

Provide operational and technical support for assigned application systems, troubleshooting client performance and functionality issues and implementing problem resolutions.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot client system performance and functionality concerns.
• Investigate incidents and determine root causes.
• Implement corrective solutions for client supply chain needs.
• Respond to system questions and how-to inquiries.
• Analyze data supporting global trade operations.
• Communicate with clients and provide customer service.
• Help produce technical documentation and improve support standards.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Math.
• SQL skills.
• Experience providing technical support or customer care.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Awareness of programming concepts and database usage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relevant technical certifications.

• Hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office.
