Business Support / Technical Support Engineering role focused on office facilities support, security checks, visitor access oversight, and stakeholder communication.

What you'll do

• Arrange regular preventative maintenance and repairs for facilities.
• Schedule regular cleaning services and ensure office equipment is in working order.
• Monitor potential emergencies and carry out established management steps.
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures during events.
• Conduct regular checks of CCTV systems for maintenance/repairs needs.
• Oversee visitor access and maintain logs and filing of access information.
• Work with security guards, receptionists, and tea attendants to ensure high standards.

What you'll need

• More than two years’ experience in facilities management.
• Knowledgeable in budgeting and facilities security.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while cascading high-level communications.
• Ability to schedule regular meetings to understand stakeholder needs.
• English and Chinese language knowledge (stated as beneficial).
