• Collaborate on product, process, and tool improvements by providing feedback.
• Coordinate, complete, and document support-related services as agreed with management.
• Collaborate on achieving defined support goals and improving customer service.

What you'll need

• Engineering graduate in Electrical or Electronics.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the solar industry.
• Fluent English skills (spoken and written) for daily communication.
• Willingness to work in early morning shifts.
• International company experience in technical customer support is desirable.
