Technical Support Engineer - India

Overview

Technical Support Engineer for customer support of Together AI training, fine-tuning, and inference solutions.

What you'll do

• Triage and respond to inbound support tickets via a support/CRM platform.
• Identify ticket patterns and surface them to engineering with context and case lists.
• Draft customer status updates and maintenance notifications during planned windows/incidents.
• Answer questions about the platform API, workflows, model availability, and deployment/endpoint configuration.
• Provision and configure SSO (Google Workspace/Okta/Azure AD) for enterprise customers.
• Handle billing inquiries and coordinate refunds/escalations for prepaid credits and disputed charges.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Ability to read/write curl/HTTP requests and interpret JSON error responses.
• Comfort with SaaS billing concepts like invoices, prepaid credits, and refunds.
• Working knowledge of SAML and OIDC concepts for IdP/SP configuration.
• Familiarity with infrastructure services (e.g., Kubernetes, SLURM) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Ansible).
• Experience using a customer support platform (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk) to manage queues.
