Site Initiation & Kit Inventory Coordinator Trainee

Overview

Coordinate site initiation and collection-kit inventory activities for clinical research projects, including maintaining supply systems, processing orders, and resolving kit supply issues.

What you'll do

• Maintain the Kit Material Supply system at project and site level.
• Enter work orders into the database after reviewing project requirements.
• Adjust collection-kit inventory based on site reports or project changes.
• Research and support resupply requests from investigator sites.
• Review incoming orders from the Investigator Support Team.
• Troubleshoot and escalate complex kit supply and database issues.
• Document and resolve service failures according to procedures.

What you'll need

• Hold a bachelor's degree in science.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Communicate effectively and adhere to management communications and meetings.
• Escalate unresolved issues to management when appropriate.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in science.
• Six months of work experience in the clinical research industry.

Details

• Location: Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Work schedule: Rotational shifts covering AM, PM, and night shifts.
• Individual contributor role with no direct reports.
