Kit Control Coordinator I

Overview

Coordinate kit inventory and site initiation activities for clinical research projects, maintaining supply systems and supporting investigator sites.

What you'll do

• Maintain the Kit Material Supply system at project or site level.
• Enter work orders into the database after reviewing project requirements.
• Adjust collection-kit inventory based on site reports or project changes.
• Troubleshoot kit supply issues and inform the Project Manager about complex problems.
• Research collection-kit resupply requests and incoming investigator-site orders.
• Document service failures, resolve issues, and escalate unresolved matters.
• Support database issues and complex kit-instruction tasks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Science.
• Adherence to management communications, meetings, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor without direct reports.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Science.
• Six months of experience in the clinical research industry.

Details

• Location: Yeshwantpur, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
• Rotational shifts: 05:30–14:30, 14:00–23:00, or 20:30–05:30.
