Sr Associate, Disputes and Fraud Analysis

Overview

Provide Tier 1 technical support to clients by troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, and maintaining accurate support records.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose software or hardware issues.
• Guide clients through technical solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
• Document client interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
• Maintain knowledge of Fiserv products to assist clients.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in technical support.
• 1+ year of experience troubleshooting software or hardware issues.
• 1+ year of experience providing phone or remote support.
• 1+ year of experience using ticketing systems.
• 2+ years of an equivalent combination of education, related experience, or military experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk or a similar support platform.
• Familiarity with financial technology products.
