Service Order Management Sr. Specialist

Overview

Service Order Management Sr. Specialist providing end-to-end support for Global Contracts from creation through final invoicing.

What you’ll do

• Support Contract and Billing operations by coordinating with Programme Managers, Sales, and Finance.
• Review customer contracts to ensure billing terms, pricing structures, and payment schedules are understood and contract data matches agreed terms.
• Set up and maintain contract details in billing and finance systems.
• Manage recurring, milestone-based, and ad-hoc billing and ensure invoices are accurate, compliant, and issued by deadlines.
• Investigate and resolve invoice queries and disputes with internal teams and customers.
• Correct billing errors and process credit notes when required, while maintaining audit-ready contract and invoicing documentation.

What you’ll need

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Minimum bachelor’s degree (B.A, B.Com, B.B.A, B.C.A, B.Sc or similar).
• Demonstrable experience in invoicing, billing, and reporting.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP.
• Good Excel/data handling skills and high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
