ServiceNow Developer

Overview

Develop and support Dow’s ServiceNow IT Service Management platform, delivering integrated solutions that meet stakeholder and business requirements. Partner with service managers across service design, transition, and operations.

What you'll do

• Develop ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.
• Evaluate new capabilities to meet business requirements.
• Define service deployment strategies.
• Maintain ServiceNow service operations materials.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Support issue resolution and production operations.
• Deliver Service Management solutions against quality and SLA targets.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline preferred.
• ServiceNow platform development and configuration experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Operations, and JavaScript.
• Experience with SDM, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Asset Management and CMDB.
• Strong organizational, facilitative, and communication skills.
