Overview

ServiceNow Developer role at Leidos to design, build, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations on ServiceNow.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, or GRC.
• Build and maintain Flow Designer flows, business rules, scripts, UI policies/actions, ACLs, and script includes.
• Develop and support REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems.
• Create and maintain Service Portal widgets and custom UI components.
• Write clean, documented, testable code and troubleshoot defects across dev/test/prod instances.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Strong JavaScript proficiency and ServiceNow scripting using Glide APIs (GlideRecord, GlideAjax, GlideForm, GlideSystem).
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow Editor (legacy).
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, business rules, and update sets.
• Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP web services and integrations.
• Experience building on at least one core module (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps).
