A senior ServiceNow architect who helps enterprise clients decide how to use AI across HR and IT, from the first client conversation through to a design ready to build, and who sets the architecture standards that consultants and implementation teams follow.
What you'll do
- Work with client leaders from the first conversation through to a design that is ready to build.
- Help clients decide which AI-enabled solutions to build across HR and IT and how to get value from them.
- Shape the right solution and prove it can work.
- Set the architecture standards that consultants and implementation teams follow.
