ServiceNow Technical Architect

Overview

Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions through technical architecture, integrations, and governance.

What you'll do

• Analyze business needs, current architecture, and future goals to design ServiceNow solutions.
• Create scalable technical blueprints aligned with requirements and platform capabilities.
• Design and oversee integrations with enterprise systems using REST and SOAP.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver recommendations, POCs, and demos.
• Lead cross-functional technical teams through project delivery.
• Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows, then conduct testing and code reviews.

What you'll need

• Minimum 10+ years total experience.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead guiding development teams.
• Expertise in ServiceNow Domain Separation and Customer Service Management (CSM).
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Familiarity with SOA and web services integration including SOAP/WSDL and REST.
• Experience with LDAP, Microsoft Active Directory, and ADFS for authentication and access management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and DevOps pipelines.
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Implementation Specialist certifications.
