Overview

Shift Engineer to handle and monitor operations, maintenance, and preventive maintenance for utility, facility, and HVAC equipment/instruments.

What you'll do

Handle and monitor utility, facility, and HVAC operations and preventive maintenance.
Execute project activities for utilities, facilities, premises, and HVAC equipment/instruments.
Perform shift duties as assigned based on operational requirements.
Support audits and ensure compliance with audit observations.
Monitor procurement of utility/facility/HVAC consumables and spare parts.
Execute and monitor annual maintenance contracts (AMC) for relevant systems and equipment.

What you'll need

Experience with maintenance/logbooks, records, and maintenance schedules for utility/facility/HVAC equipment.
Ability to support preventive maintenance activities per approved schedules and SOPs.
Comfort working with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Environmental Monitoring Systems (EMS) including alarms and documentation.
Knowledge of QMS-related documentation including Change Controls, Exceptions, and CAPAs via ISOtrain and TrackWise.
