Shift Engineer

Overview

Shift Engineer role at Brightstone, responsible for maintaining the electromechanical and MEP systems of a residential property.

What you'll do

• Manage air distribution system for common area and basement.
• Manage HVAC equipment in common area.
• Operate and maintain BMS System and Access Control.
• Manage general lighting and distribution system.
• Manage DG operations.
• Manage emergency lighting system.
• Manage UPS System and HT system.
• Manage transformer and switchgear, and LT system.
• Manage WTP.
• Manage plumbing: domestic, flush, fire fighting and wastewater systems.
• Manage hot water system and fire alarm system.
• Manage public address system.
• Manage sprinkler system and fire hydrant system.
• Manage CCTV management.
• Handle residents' level plumbing and electrical complaints.
• Coordinate with Technical and Property Manager.
• Carry out PM activity of all electromechanical assets.
• Keep records of all statutory documents.
