SIEM Threat Detection & Response Engineer- Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate responsible for detecting and analyzing security threats, managing vulnerabilities, and developing threat detection and response capabilities.

What you'll do

• Implement threat detection use cases with SPL/KQL and complex data-source correlation.
• Build dashboards and alerts for cybersecurity incident monitoring and response.
• Implement SOAR workflows with Logic Apps, Phantom, and Demisto.
• Integrate log sources with Sentinel using REST APIs.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and manage vulnerabilities.
• Apply cloud and hybrid environment knowledge to security and threat intelligence activities.
• Collaborate with clients and team members across varying project scopes.

What you'll need

• At least 4–8 years of experience.
• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Experience with SIEM solutions such as Splunk, ArcSight, or Azure Sentinel.
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments.
• Experience with threat intelligence and threat hunting activities.

Nice to have

• Certification such as GCTI, CISSP, or an equivalent threat and risk management credential.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python.
• Experience implementing SOAR workflows with Logic Apps, Phantom, or Demisto.
• Experience integrating Sentinel log sources using REST APIs.
